In order to improve production efficiency and product quality, we purchased four advanced machines from the JUGAO factory, namely a CNC bending machine, a laser cutting machine, a laser welding machine and a laser marking machine.

One week after receiving the goods, the JUGAO factory quickly arranged for professional technical engineers to come and provide us with comprehensive and thoughtful installation and training services.

During the laser cutting machine training, the engineers patiently and meticulously taught us how to adjust the cutting speed and focal length according to different materials. They also taught us how to operate the control system, how to adjust the temperature of the cooler and the correct use of the air compressor, and even Includes important details like how to replace the machine's lenses.

For the bending machine, after training from JUGAO Company, we learned how to replace the upper and lower molds, mastered the essentials of operating the Delem DA53T controller, how to input the thickness and length of the plate, and how to adjust and correct the bending angle. And confirm the bending length.

In terms of laser welding machine training, we understood how to choose the appropriate nozzle, how to adjust the wire feeding speed and select the appropriate specification of welding wire.

As for the laser marking machine, through training, we also learned how to confirm the printing position, how to edit text and adjust the printing height.
